"We pay such an insane amount for rent and aren’t allowed to keep stuff on our patios that we PAY rent for. You can hear everything. From the neighbors stomping around to people rummaging through the trash at night. Don’t even get me started about the parking situation. They’ll tow your vehicle even if it’s parked in a spot that isn’t assigned to anyone so forget about having your partner or family visit you."

"Very disappointed with the parking since it was originally my only concern before moving in, parking is all compact and unfortunately there’s lots of big vehicles taking up multiple spaces, I can’t even park in my space, let alone have guests over because of parking. Not recommended for anyone who works nights and sleeps during the day, I can literally hear the neighbors microwaves and dogs throughout the walls, walls are thin and door isn’t sealed properly got light and air coming in through the front door. I’ve seen homeless people at the kids park at nights and I’ve heard and seen people fighting throughout the complex, was hoping for a safe place but overall turned out to be disappointing."

"I like the place because they are nice and you can hang out and you can even get your own coffee.They also let you chill inside and have their own snacks."

"I give the five stars to the manager Sue-Jamie, her positive attitude and professionalism is what me and my husband stick around considering our prior experience with Atlas. As for the construction of the one bedroom we have, I agree another review. Sloppy painting, spackling, and our front door is not sealed properly. New maintenance not so reliable, still waiting for a request a week ago. All around I don't see 1500.00 a month is adequate for the one bedrooms"
