"Over slept after a night of work and was never told about a $40 fee if you do. Then they attempted to charge my card for 40, 30,20 and finally 10 dollars. So now I'm on the do not stay list. How bout disclosing that during check in. I would've requested a late check out."
"Great service at the front desk and in the breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location by the Outlet Mall was a plus, this one the largest and best quality outlet malls we've been to, definitely worth checking it out."
"I was traveling with a friend who thought dogs were only accepted at motel 6. They are so disgusting. I couldn't wait to get home to shower. Finally the day came we can travel home. About an hour into our 10ish hour trip my friend felt sick. To sick to keep going. I am saying to myself, oh God, not another night at a disgusting motel. There happened to be a La Quinta next to the gas station. He didn't think that they would allow dogs but I checked anyhow. Luck was on our side. It was cheaper than the second or third place we stayed. It almost had all the amenities that one would want. My only complaint is when you ask for a handicap room. Maybe I didn't ask the right question. Not one of the places we stayed at and requested a handicapped room had a handicapped shower. I was under the impression that handicapped room would have a proper shower, not a bathtub. My friend has MS who is not able to get in a bathtub. When I got home I googled what a handicap bathroom is. It is not one with a bathtub but a walk-in shower. That is my only complaint, I think it's a pretty big issue. Or did I learn a lesson when booking a handicapped room? Do I not only have to ask for a handicap room but also a room that has a walk-in shower?"
"Very minimal accommodation. Facility has not been able to clean old smoke smell from rooms. Carpet needs replacing or better cleaning. Need to upgrade room coffee, more amenities such as soaps, etc. Noisy. Exercise room not open early, opens 9:00 am."
"Fine for what it is. The rooms are a good size but some things are a bit dated (the doors and furniture, for instance). Breakfast was good. Fairly quiet considering how close to the highway it is, although I found the air conditioner pretty noisy. Decent location - right off the I5 and next to a gas station and some fast food options."
