"LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Despite the attractive exterior, the management and customer service at these apartments leave much to be desired. Throughout the application process, we faced numerous communication breakdowns and conflicting requests, ultimately leading us to withdraw our application. Despite submitting the requested information, we were repeatedly told it was insufficient for them and made to feel guilty for not meeting unspecified criteria even after application approval. Rachel (manager), there's a pressing need for improvement in your interactions with potential tenants, focusing on communication, clarity and staff training. Marni, your forced congeniality and excessive phone calls are very off-putting. Applying here entails enduring insurmountable obstacles, relentless pressure, and disorganization. A resolute 10/10, do not recommend. Do your research & do not do business with Tandem Property Management."

"These apartments are a dream. Spacious bathroom, huge quartz countertop, tile backsplash, all vinyl wood flooring, floor to ceiling windows, tall ceilings, gorgeous design and floorplan. Tyler, Marni, Rachel, and Zach, in the leasing office, are all super helpful, positive, and quick to respond to any questions or issues I have. I'm still pinching myself. I'm not dreaming this heaven, right?"

"Update: Changing my review because Marnie personally called me a few days after, apologized, and offered me a tour. I appreciate her putting forth the effort to make it right. Sometimes how you respond to a situation can be more impactful, so I appreciate that. This is a beautiful property but I will say that it could use a dog park and a play structure for kids. That would make it more family friendly and five stars. I also hope the parking and amenities will be enough to support the large number of units once it is fully completed. I had an appointment for 10:30 to view a place - I arrived about 5 min late. They had a sign on the door saying they would be out until 11am. I called and left a message, I never received a call back. Absolutely absurd and disrespectful. I saw someone in the office walk around and they didn't even open the door to let us in or greet us. Meanwhile I'm standing outside with my small child in the cold weather. I still can't believe the disrespect and unprofessionalism with a new 'luxury' place."

"The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. The property is gorgeous, the apartments have big open for plans and everything that one could need. The gym is amazing as is the pool and huge hot tub. Great property, you will not regret it!"
