"DON'T MOVE HERE, NOTHING GETS DONE AROUND HERE. BUILDING STAIR WELLS ARE NOT SAFE, BUILDING ARE FILTHY. OVER CHARGING FOR MOLDY APARTMENTS. Update: TRASH IS NOW A MAJOR ISSUE. Hot water tanks are continually falling, and Police presence has increased over the last few years. Mail boxes need to be replaced with better and more secure ones since they have been broken into multiple times. 8 New Mangerin the last year. Managers are always defensive and do not respond to any form of communication, not respond to emails, phone calls, or directly in the past. IPG also does not respond to anything. There is no way to complain about staff to anyone. Nor can they keep a maintenance person employed how actually does there job. Keep changing rules, raising rent without doing anything, and several pissed off tenants. IPG doesn't fix stuff in a timely manner. Easily offended employees and tenants, no privacy on the ground floor, NOT cannabis friendly, not allowed to have a flower box on your porch or anything showing your individuality. I have lived here since 2012 and have witnessed the change in these apartments. We have had to legally force them to do their job and had the city get involved in forcing them to make repairs. Lawsuits have been filed by a few tenants for damages. You don't want to move here. UPDATE: We moved out after the new hires announced they were quitting due to upper management. Also discovered IPG is SAGE property management just re-branded. Same snake, new skin!"

"Now I've been waiting for over 3 months for the kitchen electric to be repaired, but they come to Datami and say they don't have the parts and don't call me back. When I didn't use the electricity, I got burned. They don't seem to care. They don't seem to care if I get hurt or die. Whenever I call them with a problem, I always get an answering machine. The people in this office do nothing for me. Many things need to be repaired and they don't even handle them. I am surprised that they raise the rent for this. I have a problem with my dryer and I get a lot of stain on my clothes. This is the first time I have ever had to do laundry in my apartment. I really wish they would pay for the dry cleaning. Also, I would like to see a mailbox to put the delivered items in. I always get re-deliveries. If someone doesn't do more repairs, it could be a catastrophe sooner or later. If you are going to ask me to contact you here in the comments, please show sincerity. Show it in your actions, not just your mouth. If you contact the office or the parent company, they will be stumped. Updates 9/27 Someone came to fix it. But instead of changing a new one, he said he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the parts. He said he didn't know when it would be fixed. I asked the office and they told me to hang in there. They don’t really care lol This company will let this problem go unchecked and one day it will catch fire. Just now Lucky lol 10/18 it’s finally!! He fixed!! He was nice enough to fix it. He told me to call him if it didn't work. But Maybe next time I'll come back to fix my broken washing machine lol and in the meantime apartment will be flooded lol"

"Rodents in the walls scratching around. Cockroaches and my dryer leaves burn spots on my clothes. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars in apparel. They don’t do a thing"

"Whoever designed the exterior/stairs to this apartment complex is an idiot. There is no roof over the staircase which means the stairs are completely exposed to to the rain… so since we live in Oregon and it rains a lot people that have to go up and down the stairs while it’s raining are now getting the run off from the roof/gutter onto the multiple levels of stairs and have to walk through whatever gets washed off of the dirty stairs by the gutter water to go up or down the stairs. Gross. They could’ve easily extended the roof to cover the staircase when they built this place. 2/5 instead of 1 star only because this place isn’t dilapidated (yet)."

"Only moved in yesterday. So far the attention to details from the Management has been outstanding. The Maintenance supervisor and office personal are pleasant and seem like the nicest people. The apartment was spotless and so well maintained and updated with new carpet, paint etc. I think I’ll love it here. ❤️❤️"
