"I don't typically leave reviews but I feel like this place needs it. This may have been the worst possible experience trying to rent. My friend and I first toured a townhome here in October. We were told that it would be ready mid November. We decided to go ahead with an application because the pricing and timing was perfect for us. Over the last month and a half we have had countless problems that have resulted in us not having a place to live yet. Frankly we gave up and have chosen to look elsewhere for a place to live. One of the first issues we had was communication. It was not uncommon that we would go at least a day or two with no update on where we were at in regards to the unit being ready for move in. Then three separate times we were told that the unit was ready. Each time within 48 hours from the day that we were supposed to move in we were then informed that for some reason or another the unit was not actually ready. The most recent one was the day of move in. Then when they got to a point that they told us it was truly move in ready we went to see the unit and it was not the floor plan that we were promised. we were never even made aware that this floor plan existed until we saw it. Not only this, but the apartment was in fact not ready. the heating was not on, and there were multiple issues that needed to be addressed. Also partway through this whole ordeal the property manager that we had been working with go let go, so we had to pretty much start over with someone else. Julian and Alejandra were definitely more reliable than the person we were working with before, but there were still issues with getting ahold of people at times. Unless you're okay waiting for unreasonable amounts of time to get into an apartment that may or may not be ready when they tell you it is, I would not recommend even applying here."

"We have lived at Renew West for over 5 years now and have seen the ups and downs of the Management over the years. Recently, The new Manager Melissa has made some amazing changes to the community spaces around the complex and is doing a phenomenal job of building the community back up. We love our home and cannot wait to see what else Melissa will be able to do for our Community."

"Since Melissa took over as the Manager of our apartment complex, the community has undergone a remarkable transformation. Her commitment to enhancing the overall living experience has made a noticeable difference. There are fun community events, great community spaces including a BBQ area, pool and bike areas. The community here feels safe and welcoming. Overall, this is a great place to live… we love our home!"

"After looking at a few different places, I felt immediately welcome and at home when I came here. The on-site manager, Melissa, has made every step of the process very easy and a wonderful experience. As a first-time apartment resident there was much I was unfamiliar with but she was kind, knowledgeable and thorough with my application and lease agreement. The community is wonderful and I'm looking forward to living here!"

"To start with the positives, the apartment itself is nice (though clearly has many instances of landlord special painting and construction). But the walls are thick, utilities are good, and the rooms are big. Plus, maintenance always responds quickly. However, I have also experienced a lot of cons while living here. Management is TERRIBLE. They clearly have not hired enough people to manage this complex, because it takes weeks to get in contact with ANYONE about ANYTHING, and then when you complain about this, they make you feel like the bad guy because you're being impatient with the manager who's only "one person responsible for 300+ people" when you've been waiting for a response on an issue that has been dragging on for months that you were told should be resolved in a week. Frankly, I'm more upset about the lack of communication than the actual issue we were trying to communicate about."
