"The staff at Hampton Ridge is extremely kind, fair and supportive. Lisa, Raul, and Luke go above and beyond to support their residents when they have any needs or concerns."
"One of the best places I've lived- quiet, clean, and kind people all around. I accidentally dropped a ring into the dumpster, and Lisa and Luke were on top of it! They got it back for me within the hour. So grateful to all the staff for all the hard work they do to keep this place in order!!"
"The maintenance man of this apartment complex is probably one of the worst demeanor and attitude in a person I've ever seen. This man walks up to me while in the phone and smoking a cigarette and tells me "can you park your car in an actual spot your in the way of the trucks and trailers that come through here". It was blocking a family owned vehicle but did he bother to ask me if i knew who i was blocking in of course not i spent maybe 3 mins if that going inside and grabbing what i needed but apparently im the way of the construction. Same construction that is currently working in the back of the apartment buildings. Never even bothered to introduce himself or anything or even identify who he was. Continues to have a disrespectful demeanor. Doesn't say the same things to other vehicles blocking the actual fire lanes. Truthfully all the construction workers park on sight and don't leave any open spots for tenants. Nothing has been done about it along with negligence from the operator of the machine doesn't use any spotters and constantly is hitting the garages when placing things down. Also takes up parking with materials, AGAIN making parking more difficult."
"We have been here for six years and at first it was great, but the last year and especially the last few months have been a nightmare. There's been a lot of turnover in management and it has gone way downhill. We're now unable to get any help (or often any response at all) for issues ranging from routine requests to very serious complaints. Sherry has been rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We're breaking our lease early because we cannot continue to live here. The apartments themselves are okay; a decent amount of space and adequate insulation between the units. The finishes are cheap as they come and aging. The countertops are white, porous, and impossible to clean. The windows are paper thin and do nothing for insulation from noise or weather. Keeping mold from growing on the windows is a constant struggle. This place could have been great but the current management is beyond awful. I'd recommend steering clear until management (and hopefully the windows, too) are replaced."
"My husband and I moved in on January 23, 2021. From the walk in there was right away noticeable issues. We noticed the oven was bad, the bathroom fan was bad and the dryer vents were filthy. We asked to have a move in ready unit where we could be left alone. The manager we were working with just left. We have never met any of the other managers. We received a new oven after it catching fire the second day living in the unit. The bathroom fan still needs addressed. After never meeting Ashley the other manager and her never introducing herself. We feel frustrated moving to this property. The windows collected ice during the winter storm. We were told we have to budget in humidifiers and pay for the electric bills because the windows were never properly addressed. The bathroom fills full of steam and leaks yellow residue from the ceiling when the upstairs neighbors run there dryer. Should never come home to a bathroom completely full of condensation because of neighbors. We will not be renewing our lease next year. Do not move here. We shouldn’t have to live in our apartment when it wasn’t turned correctly. We have asked for the upper managements contact info and managers on side do not give it to be available. 5/16/21 update: Had our front bathroom fan replaced in the dryer connection duct taped back together humidity still in our bathroom as well as lint was sealed back up inside the ceiling as a fire hazard. Management responded on here this last week. But has not contacted us back for the last 2 1/2 weeks."
