"It's been months that I have been asking to have our closet door repaired it came off when we opened it. It is no longer attached to anything it is a hazard especially having a 1 year old walking around. Instead of reaching out to us I just keep getting emails that the repair has been completed when it has not. We are being ignored. Obviously our requests are being viewed if they're being marked as completed. Can someone call or email us with the reason our requests are being denied instead of ignoring the requests and saying they were done. We were told last year that they couldn't do it due to covid and I finally got an email saying it was completed only to come home to a still broken closet. I sent another request and again it was marked as completed. No one is reaching out to say why they can't repair it. Just being ignored and marking my request as completed."
"The actual building themselves are amazing, maybe not so much for a family of 6 as the bedrooms are miniscule, and with 3 teenagers and an 11 year old those get cramped!! Now the main bathroom, amazing! Very big, nice water pressure, and finally a washer and dryer. The luminescent bulbs in the kitchen bring out the whites in the the kitchen, but limited cabinet space, and I don't know if it's just me but my oven handle won't stay on. It'sβ next to a college and an awesome cafe, so that's a plus! Weak circuits blow all the time. Closet doors keep falling off, got a ceiling fan installed and it's an amazing thing! Parking for me is fine because I don't park at night. But my freaking neighbors! I'm sandwiched between 2 horrible families, upstairs they are probably playing Jenga with elephants, and think, bang, lots enough to get me in trouble with my downstairs neighbors, and fight all the time, verbally and probably physically, I'm afraid to confront them, my downstairs neighbors complain to the office if we step too loud, but blast their loud freaking television every day, all day, I can feel it through the for and hear it over headphones.. I hate my neighbors so much. But the buildings are nice"
"I absolutely hate it they have an on going scam with Titan towing my mothers car has been towed 4 times from there lot for the same sticker reason with was in the vehicle at the time it was towed. And mind you the leasing agency also has the vehicle information. When I went to the leasing agency I was treated with disrespect from the guy who instead of being helpful decided it was ok to raise his voice at my 75 year old mother this man could not run a mini mart let alone a leasing office they get uneducated individuals who have no idea how to help or accept fault in any was. And become combative then help their own tenants. I am contacting an attorney and these people are in for the law suit of their life! Congratulations for hiring uneducated individuals who have no clue what they are doing!"
"Overall I'd say Wyndhaven isn't a bad place to live; due in large part to the fairly affordable rent given the location (although prices have increased a bit especially on garages). For the most part I enjoy living here, there are, however two areas in which improvements are desperately needed, areas that, in fact have gotten worse since my moving in a little over a year ago. Parking: When I first moved in the parking situation was so-so, now it's awful. Management has taken special steps to ensure that parking gets worse and worse, reserving spots for, what I can only assume are 2 giant trucks that belong to the owner, a ridiculous amount of space reserved for the front office and spaces reserved for individuals that (I'm guessing) are the best at complaining. There are cars that seem to be non-operational in addition to vehicles that I'm relatively sure haven't moved the year that I've lived here. The most irksome issue in all of this is the reserved parking for individuals who, not only don't need it, but who outright don't use it. Directly in front of my building there are 2 spots that almost never have a vehicle in them, both seem to function loading/unloading spaces shared by several of the units nearby, the occupants whom the spaces are reserved for ALWAYS park in non-reserved spaces unless there is absolutely no other space available. Parking during the day is no problem at all, but if you aren't parked by 10PM you're going to have issues, there have been multiple occasion in which there have been no spots available in the entire complex, something that might not be so bad if street parking were even an option, as it is I would not recommend Wyndhaven to anybody simple because parking is so awful. Secondly, and I'm not sure why this is, but if you ever, for any reason need to reach the office you're most likely going to have to work at it, it's not at all uncommon for them to close themselves in the office to giggle and chit-chat during what they define as their regular business hours. In one case I had to make 4 visits to the office over the course of a week to simply sign a document, each time they were either out or locked in, in the case of the later they not only shut out residents but they also silence the office phones sending calls directly to voicemail which is rarely, if ever returned. Aside from these glaring issues I would say that living here isn't half-bad, there are a lot of kids (which isn't really a selling point) and a lot of commotion (kind of fun if you enjoy people-watching), but the units are good-sized and noise isn't particularly obtrusive, residents can often be inconsiderate to their surroundings, but are generally nice, the staff is helpful when you can find them and the accommodations are generally better than adequate."
"Horrible. The neighbors were loud, and at times i have heard people threatening to shoot others, the manager is useless, and will do nothing about this. I had my girlfriend over a few nights one week, and i got a notice saying i had people living in my apartment, and i would be evicted if it happened again. Also, as of now Apartment L227, has atleast four people living there, that all sell drugs, I'm assuming pot, because of smell. The security wont do anything about it, and the manager will not either. If you live here, all i can suggest is to get out ASAP. Also, the L building is not secure, as people can just pull the door open. And the apartment doors can be key carded very easy. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
