"Worst place ever"

"This is a horrible place to live. Loud neighbors with tuner cars always around at all hours. The manager MaryColleen is useless as a property manager and lets tenants do whatever they want. She doesn't enforce the lease that you sign. So when others break the rules there are no consequences to their action. I have never lived at such a horrible place in my entire life. I would avoid living here if I was you."

"I lived in the Birch Creek Apartments for 4 years and loved it there. The management is the best!! The on-site maintenance was always there to help if I needed and when I moved from a 1 bedroom to a bigger unit they were top notch upgrades! Very quiet and well kept grounds. Super dog friendly!"

"Lived here for a short time but it was great the entire time, love the fact I get to have my bully kids with me, everyone is super friendly and the Landlord Marycolleen is one of the best landlords I have ever come in contact with, extremely helpful, down to earth and an overall kind human. I was so blessed to have met her and everyone at these apartments. Super amazing they have their own dog park on site. If I find myself in Beaverton again I'll be sure to rent again."

"Favorite place I have lived so far. Quiet, friendly neighbors, and the priceless proximity to the convenience of plaid pantry. Management and all employees are sweet and lovely, and only one person runs the whole property. You can tell there is a lot to do and she does her best. Would definitely live here again."
