"You get what you pay for, so its a little outdated and parking areas are a little dark...but overall good location and pet friendly, close to downtown too! Manager lady, Stevie is way cool and always available to help with anything. Manager dude, Tony is quiet but gets anything you ask for taken care asap! Only downside is a lot of kids running around late and really loud."

"Apartment living in classic Beaverton style is best way to describe this discreet neighborhood. Neighborhood is diverse and most keep to themselves. The location is private and safe while the amenities are bare minimum which keeps noise down. Management is reasonable as is rent."
