"Maybe I just lived here for too long (about 7 years) but it was an awful experience. A handful of rude and sketchy neighbors, a constantly breaking toilet, black mold, ants every summer and fruit flies The locations... nice I guess? If you can walk with ease I would like the amenities if they actually took care of them properly. One time the pool was shut down because they were not taking care of it and just letting residents swim in unsafe water I really cant think of any saving grace, like, if you want to go here, have to even like we did, it's fine. But I'm sure there has to be better options to live at"

"I've lived here for two years and it's been a great location. The apartments are bigger than most Beaverton apartments, and the rent is great comparable to nearby places. It's within walking distance of downtown Beaverton, and close to a lot of parks and walking trails. The management and repairmen have been helpful and easy to get ahold of. People are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. Highly recommend living here."

"I have had nothing but a good experience here. Not the fanciest apartments but they have everything needed and the manager is top notch. You really wont find anywhere that has a better on-site manager. We have had no issues with noisy neighbors either!"

"I have lived at this apartment complex for over 10 years. Only recently did we get a great management company and manager. These folks really care about the property. We now have landscapers working on the property on a regular basis. The entire complex was re-roofed and the original windows were replaced with brand new windows and sliding glass doors. The apartments themselves are very large and have a lot of closet space. The apartments are also being upgraded inside with new appliances, paint, carpeting, flooring, etc. The manager is now checking on all residents (and those who are not residents, but living here under false pretenses). The tenants who don't belong here will need to leave, as well as those who feel the necessity to create ongoing problems. New speed bumps were installed on the property because some tenants and their visitors feel the need to go 30 mph through the parking lot. Also, we now have parking stickers on our vehicles so that the towing company is at liberty to come and tow those vehicles improperly parked on the premises. I am planning to stay at this complex because upgrading is ongoing and the manager listens and pays attention to what occurs here. Cameras have been installed and more will be coming. I feel safer now than I have ever felt previously at this complex. I believe this complex will get better and better as time goes on and appreciate the efforts of management and the manager."
