"I have read the reviews and My experience has been good! When I first moved in I quickly realized I unfortunately live next to aajor Karen It didn't go for as I shut her down fast and permanently No your not allowed to have a window A/C, people fail to realize they cause thousands of dollars in damage from water dripping These are very low income apartments , Absolutely no reason at all that someone can't save! To many entitled people,think about others property and the water damage because someone is just ungrateful!! Appreciated that you don't pay $1300"

"DON'T OWN A AC UNIT IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE! THEY WILL EVICT YOU! I won't be surprised if in the application process they ask if you have a ac unit so they can rent to you or not because they don't want to work with you, they just want to evict. Definitely reporting these "apartments""
