Easy walking to restaurants, grocery stores, trails in Washington Park and Forest Park, Rose Garden and Japanese Garden, and Cinema 21 is a few minutes away. Great diversity among the residents and wonderful monthly happy hour parties in the lobby, where we chat and new residents can make new friends. Thanks to our greats, leasing agent, Bree Robino-Ah Nee and manager Michael Sohi, Park 19 is the best!"

Aside from the great apartment, with a wonderful view of couch park, the staff (Bree) has been truly spectacular and is a big reason for why I chose this apartment. She is professional, responsive, proactive, flexible, trustworthy, and friendly. furthermore , I had maintenance come fix a window screen and based on previous experiences at other apartments, assumed it would be poor patchwork, but they really secured the screens and did an excellent job within 24 hours. Overall, I am very impressed."

"Maybe we're still in the honeymoon phase after our last apartment, but we love this place! Very good location, interesting architectural features, higher-end finishes and fixtures, very well maintained, a lot of friendly tenants, and a *wonderful* staff. Lots of dogs (we like dogs ;-). Lovely little neighborhood park across the street, and probably 100+ restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Overall, great bang for the buck! The cons are minor: The guest studio apt is over-priced, we can sometimes hear our upstairs neighbor walking around, and our bedroom's a little tight for a queen bed (but there are a variety of other layouts if that's a concern)."
