Jackson School Village Apartments

"We just moved from Utah to Oregon and Jackson School Village apartments has been a critical part of making it all happen. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, there’s trash valet, package lockers, covered mailboxes, tons of parking, a nice gym, and an absolutely beautiful property. They planted specific trees here that during autumn turn a beautiful and vibrant red. We feel very happy with our decision to rent from Jackson School Village. Nowhere is perfect, but this place is our comfort in a brand new state in a brand new chapter of our lives."

"Tom has been really great in fixing anything that needs repairs in our apartment. He is very professional, courteous, and helpful. I always see him busy fixing things, and maintaining the apartment area. All other staff are also really helpful and friendly. "By far the most Unprofessional Apartment Complex I've rented at. We applied for an apartment we were told was available and got approved, THEN we were told the apartment wasn't actually available, so we went with another option they provided, THEN we were told that apartment actually wasn't available anymore and they ended up just picking for us. The day before Move-In date, we got an email stating we would need to vacate the apartment the next day because there was still maintenance to get done. We had already given a 30-day notice at our prior apartment that we couldn't take back. Otherwise, we would have just said NO Thank you. Because RED FLAGS already. Our dirt bike got stolen the 3rd day here, we were told by PD to let our apartment complex know, and when we did, we were met with "We can't go door to door, we can't do anythingabout that.." we had to remind her that there is a "community wall' or such a thing as an email to send a notice. They have done it before reminding residents to respect others' property. But they did nothing. We have put in for maintenance request over 2 weeks ago, and they got "completed" online, but we were told by the maintenance people they will get "fixed" but have not. And now there is a "balcony beautification project" going on and we came home to a notice stating we have limited time to address our windows, but they can take OVER TWO weeks to fix our maintenance issues? One including WINDOW ISSUES. Insane. Avoid these apartments if you can. They are not worth it. FYI we have been residents here sine JUNE 27th, 2023. Wish us luck..."

"Kimi was absolutely awesome to work with and helped make the leasing process much more manageable. The maintenance staff have been very courteous and helpful. All the neighbors have been very polite, friendly and at the same time not invasive or too overwhelming. We are very pleased with our unit and the amenities thus far."

"As of writing this, my husband and I have lived here for 6 months. Pros: Apartments are decent, staff is nice, feels homey, Amazon/package lockers, pet friendly, fireplace. Valet trash when they actually come. Dislikes: Still don’t know any neighbors, windows are drafty/poorly insulated, outside noise is easily heard inside and vice versa, buildings are poorly labeled and delivery services (food and parcel) have hard time finding correct buildings. Water/sewer/trash not included in rent, and water is split with tenants of your building. The first week here our water heater started leaking, and seems they are all starting to go. Water to our building gets turned off at least once a month. Overall we plan on signing another year lease when the time comes, we do like living here and haven’t had any major problems."
