"The property management team is SO accommodating and helpful. They’re always there to listen to any concerns and follow up immediately. The community is so kind and there’s tons of wonderfully kept grass for pets or kids to play on as well as a playground. The apartments themselves were clean when I moved in and I was easily able to distinguish “flaws” in the contract upon initially signing my lease so you don’t become responsible when the time comes to move out. I recommend this complex if you’re a student at Pacific, also, as it is a short walk from campus!"

"The boxer apartments are awesome! We’ve lived here for over a year and a half and never had a bad experience! The apartments themselves are super cute, and updated, and the property managers Tristan and Jake are great too! Any email or question you have is responded to right away, and the second you need maintenance they’re on it asap! They also do fun events on holidays for the residents. I would definitely recommend!"

"I had a wonderful experience getting an apartment here. Tristan was so responsive and helpful the whole way from the application to the move in. Finding an apartment was difficult but Tristan was one of the very few managers I spoke to that were pleasant and understanding. He even helped get us moved into the place which we were very grateful for. He is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever heard of or seen, definitely one of the best in Forest Grove from what I’ve gathered. The apartment itself is clean, has beautiful appliances, well maintained, and meets all the expectations."

"Moving into the Boxer Apartments has been a wonderful experience! We had to rent our apartment site unseen which, as one can imagine, can certainly be risky. Fortunately, Tristan, the apartment manager, is amazing to work with! He was super responsive to all of my questions and made us feel very comfortable about the move. Once we got here, we were happily surprised with a clean and renovated apartment! Tristan and the rest of the apartment team even helped us move some items into our apartment! Although we haven't been here for very long, our experience at Boxer has been excellent.
