"Very clean, looks like it had relatively recent upgrades, and a decent breakfast. The only disappointment was at breakfast at 7am they ran out of meats and dairy, leaving scrambled eggs and sausage gravy, no bisquits either."

"Apparently "pets" means only dogs. Even if you advised them on the booking form that you have a cat. So don't book a room expecting any pet other than dogs. What a waste of time. And horrible customer service, because they admit that their ads say pets but They Just. Don't. Care. Edit to reply to the owner's response. 1) we booked through an aggregator which said that you accepted pets, there was no reason for us to look at your website - perhaps you should clarify with the major aggregators that you only accept dogs 2) we sent you an email message about an hour before arrival informing you that we had a cat, and no one warned us off 3) the signs in your lobby say "pets welcome" (or similar) not "dogs welcome, ask about others" 4) if you aren't willing to exercise your discretion regarding a single cat for people who are displaced from their home due to inclement weather it seems unlikely that such discretion will ever be exercised."

"Updated and clean hotel. The jacuzzis is small any more than two then you feel crowded especially if there are strangers. The continental breakfast is decent. They have a little coffee/juice bar where you can get unlimited coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel rooms against that back have a view of a trailer park in the back."

"Pulled into town for the weekend to attend a basketball tournament at Pacific University. This is a nice hotel. Not to hectic. Quiet. Free breakfast. There's an indoor pool and hot tub. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy."

"I had lost my physical debit card. The woman that was working told me I had 10 minutes to leave, and she would not hold my rooms past the 10 minutes while I was trying to figure out things. While I was in the lobby still, she was telling someone else the emenities of my rooms and told them yes they were available. She very coldly kept saying "it's policy " over and over again. I never once disputed the policy. She offered to double-check with the manager, to which she proceeded to text someone. Then said yet again," it's policy. " I have never felt so unwelcome and disregarded. It had nothing to do with not. Being able to get the rooms because I didn't have my debit card. No, it was entirely the person working and the way shr treatedvme. I would not recommend this location. To reply, again, I did not have an issue with not being able to get the rooms because I lost my card. My issue was with the staff. How rude and degrading she was. 10 minutes to figure out an unplanned situation. She was literally giving away my rooms as I was figuring things out. And essentially made me feel as if I was not worth the dirt on the bottom of my shoes. 2nd edit, The management had replied, but it appears that they apparently didn't like my response to their non apology. This just reiterates my point. They do not care about customers at this particular location."
