"My husband and I have lived at Jesse Quinn since February of 2019 and we absolutely love it here. Everything is brand new and well maintained, most of residents keep to themselves and it's surprisingly quiet other the occasional sounds from our upstairs neighbor. Eileen and Sarah in the office are so friendly and helpful. We can easily walk to the library, banks, post office, coffee shops, and restaurants which has been so nice. Safeway just down the road. The neighborhood feels safe and we've never had any issues with the parking area. Overall, a really great place to live. Highly recommend."

"I lived here for 6 months. The quality of the materials used in the units and the workmanship are very poor. There were gaps in the laminate flooring, the window in the bedroom didn't open, and the walls were paper thin. I put in a work order to get the window fixed, but they never took care of it. When I moved out before my lease was up, they didn't return my security deposit of $600."
