In addition to our physical therapy services, we are excited to offer a new series of informational Wellness Workshops for our patients and the Salem Community. The first workshop will focus on mindfulness and explore the mind-body connection, emotional health, and physical ailments. Led by workshop presenter Stephen Timson, Ph.D., participants will learn easy mind/body awareness exercises that can have a therapeutic impact on a variety of health and wellness concerns, including anxiety and stress reduction, chronic disease management, and self-care.
We believe that these workshops will be a valuable resource for learning more about current health and wellness practices that promote fundamental and long-lasting changes in physical and emotional well-being.
