"I wouldn't recommend this place at all, Today my son had an appointment which was supposed to be at 3:15 p.m to get some sealants, once we check in the lady at the desk told me that the appointment was actually for cleaning which I let her know that when they call me to re schedule his appointment which they re schedule 2 times, it was for sealants not cleaning, anyways she told me that if the Dr. Had time to do both cleaning and sealants he will do both today, so we waited 15 minutes he didn't get called 30 Minutes and nothing long story short we arrived there at 3:00p.m and it was already 4:00p.m and no one called him so I decided to leave, I cannot believe they made us wait 1 hour there, just wasted my time and my son's that I had to check him out early from shool. Definitely worst clinic I ever been. Not to mention we had issues with the insurance I wouldn't recommend."
"From the minute we walked in all staff was Welcoming. Made sure they got us checked in right away & since my son was a new patient Front desk made sure they answered all my questions on getting his records transferred over. Dr & dental hygienist were Amazing & very interactive w my son they made sure to talk to him in a way kids understand & also share the same info w me."
"We appreciate the helpful staff and kid-friendly environment at Acorn Dental. They excel at making the kids feel comfortable and safe. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that it’s often difficult to get through by phone."
"The appointment was quick and concise, my 2yr old son hates when we brush his teeth kicking and screaming, the dentist examined his mouth and brushed his teeth no problem, he felt safe and comfortable with a complete stranger! They gave clear instruction, was very direct and gentle and none judgmental of our sons oral condition. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who has children. And am very excited for our next exams with them!"
"The hygienists and dentists at Acorn have always shown great care of my kids’ teeth, but also are considerate of their comfort levels! Today my 4 year old son needed an x-ray but when the tools were gagging him, instead of forcing him, the hygienist got more help to hold them in place so he didn’t have to close his mouth and be uncomfortable. Just one example of the lengths they go to provide excellent care, with an excellent experience! My kids love going to Acorn!"
