"I'm shocked to see Dr. Moynihan has not retired, on several occasions he fell asleep during my session. I traveled to his office multiple times from Roseburg which is not around the corner to Corvallis. He would sit back in his chair and close his eyes and say "he was thinking". I had a telehealth session where I asked a question and when he didn't respond I took a picture of him and hung up. It took several minutes before he realized what had happened and he began to call me back. Is he that desperate for money to help his "druggie son"? Retire for crying out loud you did me a disservice."
