Holland Smith: Allstate Insurance

"When I first signed up with Holland Smith, they seemed great! Came to my house to work out paperwork during the height of covid, made getting on board very easy. Since then, absolute radio silence. I have left countless voicemails and sent emails requesting they contact me to make some changes and answer some questions. I am besides myself with frustration over them NEVER EVER contacting me back. I am working on changing agents, but it's complicated with many policies and mortgage stuff involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. ZERO STARS if I could."

"Never returns my calls. Why is this agent still in business? They must have like five million messages on their machine. All I want to do is add a car to my policy. How hard can that be?"

"Holland Smith, nor anyone in his office, has returned a call, email, or text since mid October of 2022. We only receive renewal emails. We sent cancellation of policy paperwork to them last month because we changed companies. Holland Smith's Allstate office disregarded that and billed us for our next six months, anyway. Nobody answers the phone. How can this even be legal? How can we get our money back? So disappointing. One star is too much for these crooks."

"I spent two weeks trying to get in contact with literally anyone at this office since I decided to switch insurance companies and I needed to cancel my old policy. I left voicemails and called multiple times a day and never once was I successful in my attempt to contact this office. I was only able to finally cancel my policy by using the Allstate website's automated chat assistant, which was infinitely more effective in 30 minutes than this sorry excuse for a business was over the space of 16 days. Do your business with literally any other office. This place is a ghost town when you need them."

"Joey at holland smiths office didn’t want to help us add a vehicle to our plan directed us to 1-800 number because it’d be “faster” also took 5 mins to look into our plan to try and offer us renters insurance , but didn’t want to help add another vehicle I assume he in it for the money of commission and not helping out Allstate in a communal way. I will be switching insurance, thank you Joey for your service !"
