"We reserved the room and told them what time we were what time we were going to be there and the office was closed and we called them multiple times and ithey didnt answer and they didn’t answer the door bell had to go to a different hotel this place poopy"

"Deffinatly wondering how they stay in business... I've never had to explain why I'm staying at a hotel. The woman was hostile, rude and even started to shout at us. I'm very glad my lady started recording half way through it all. Please, please, please take your business elsewhere. Go to a place that doesn't treat you like a criminal for needing a place to sleep."

"An older motel. It is run by a foreign family, and they tend to be terse and pushy. I don't think they are rude, I think it's a cultural thing. Fair rooms at a fair price. Zero amenities."

"This hotel only cares about money. They do not care about customer service or treating people with kindness and respect. They will try to add extra fees if they think they can. The room was basic, bed was ok, room could stand to be cleaner. There is a microwave, and small fridge, and coffee maker. Soap dispensers were empty. There was dust in the corners and hair on the floor. Mostly what made my stay terrible was how incredibly rude the lady at the front desk was."
