"I lived there a little over a year. The apartments had nice sized rooms and bathrooms and nice floor plan. Parking is ridiculous. You get one free designated spot, and if you need more you have to pay $25 extra a month for it, as well as be on a waiting list to even get one. Which took us months. Most people are going to have a minimum of 2 cars. Why have 2 bedroom apartments and 1 space... I was very unhappy with the "professionally cleaned" carpets. Once moved in, I would vacuum, and my vacuum would be full of cat hair, and that was just after doing half the apartment. By the time I vacuumed half a dozen times, a giant spot in the hallway appeared. Got down and guess what? That's where a cat used to pee. And it still smelled. So those carpets were not cleaned. They should have been replaced. I also did not like that you had to drive all the way to South Salem to their office for paperwork or if you paid by check. Aside from those 2 very big dents in my review, it was alright for Dallas. Nice location. Didn't have to drive through town to get to the highway but still in walking distance of most places, including Walmart and restaurants. It's hard to say if I would recommend. If they used that unused property behind them for more parking (at least provide 2 per apartment if anything) and actually clean/replace carpets and such, it wouldn't be a bad place. A minor dislike was the fact that even though there were obvious signs, people still smoked cigarettes and even marijuana above or around our unit, which was always coming in through windows in the summer."
