"Highly recommend! My girlfriend and I have lived here for nearly four years. In that time I've had three issues that required maintenance and they were rectified immediately. I've never been much for apartment life, but Victoria Place feels more like a home. My neighbors have been friendly and quiet. It's actually a rare occasion to hear someone next door. The grounds are immaculate and groomed weekly, which only adds to that homey feeling. Judy, Wendy and Andrew have been very professional and a joy to work with as well. I would encourage anyone looking for a clean, quiet and convenient living arrangement to consider our quaint little neighborhood."

"I have lived at Victoria Place Apartments for nine years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The complex is always very clean and quiet. I have NEVER seen a rat or a roach as previously mentioned by a reviewer. If maintenance is needed, it is always taken care of and with very little inconvenience to me. I live in a lower apartment and have never experienced black mold. My experience with management has been A+. Needless to say, I am very happy here and have no plans on moving."

"I am a current renter, I have been here almost 2 yrs. and I cannot say enough nice things about this complex or the managers. The maintenance man is on top of every thing immediately, from a clogged drain to a nail that came up in the deck. The managers are friendly and concerned with keeping the community happy and clean. We especially enjoy the dog friendliness of this complex. No area is off limits as long as we pick up after them. Our apartment was totally redone before we moved in. New carpets, fresh paint and linoleum, as well as a new dryer. I can attest to the other apartments as well,. If the carpets are not replaced, they are cleaned by a industrial carpet service. Walls are gone over to cover holes and repaint. This is a very quiet community, and I was pleasantly surprised at how sound proof the walls are. No bleed through with the tv sounds or voices. There are 100 units in this complex and the only thing I can say it needs is a bigger exercise room."

"Victoria place apartments have quite a bit of parking, and the apartments themselves are very spacious. However, they are very poorly built because moisture gets into the ground floor very easily and black mold grows. My fiancé found a 1/4 patch (that's 1/4 inch thick, about a foot long) of black mold behind our bed just the other day. We are moving out immediately. We have friends who have done the same. Renter beware of the ground floor black mold!!! Very dangerous and unhealthy. Management is also rude and has picky rules. We couldn't have plants on our back patio because it was "too crowded." I do not advise living here unless it is a last resort."
