"Incredible place, Incredible ocean views, Incredible staff!! All condos have a balcony that overlooks the bay and boat docks, big enough for a table and a few chairs, private enough to be able to relax, and enjoy the peaceful scenery. Very spacious units with a fully functional kitchen: utensils, dishes, cookware are all included. It was nice having two bathrooms, a stacked washer & dryer, gas fireplace, and comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out into another bed. I would have appreciated it, if more units were pet friendly, but that wouldn't be enough for me to book elsewhere. I will definitely check the availability at this place first, on my next (and every) trip to Newport!!"

"Staying here was such a nice and relaxing experience! Luckily the weather was good so that I was able to enjoy the view as well as the sunshine. I loved being able to sit on the deck, drinking my tea, and say good morning to people that walked by. As far as the condo went, it was clean and stocked up with the necessities. I would love to stay here again!"

"Location and building was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and professional. The rooms they have are all condo style with kitchen well stocked with anything you would need, and the room was updated with all the touches to make it feel like home. The views are stunning and lots of shops near by. We will definitely be back. Priced great for what you get."
