"I've definitely seen people get turned away by the male pharmacist - he seems to be very rigid on following policies. That said, factoring in that this is a smaller pharmacy so naturally they'd be more limited on what they can carry and have a smaller window of operation, it's a great place. I really love that it's walking distance, though, and they sell many medications and store products that are close to expiry for around $1-$5 instead of msrp/retail. Considering "expired" medication just has slightly reduced efficacy, but is almost always totally safe, this is an incredible opportunity to save a lot of money on necessities They are also more limited than wallgreens and cvs or safeway with being capable of redeeming things like manufacturer rebates, likely due to being a much smaller localized pharmacy and not part of a larger regional/national system. All in all, fair pricing, ease of access, and reliable service/timelines and communication are what sell me on this place, though if I didn't live so close I also wouldn't bother to make the trek."

"I get threatened to have my meds taken away if I miss an appointment but they can cancel your appointment the same day and not even call to tell you and it's okay. OHSU is a joke. Portland deserves better"

"Lunch closure is not kept up to date on Google or on the OHSU website so I keep showing up while they're gone for lunch and it's very frustrating."
