"My first prescription with this pharmacy was not good. Went home took the medicine didn’t feel right looked at the dosage and they had accidentally given me twice the dosage. Just a quick sorry. Had another recent issue… Where they told me they can’t possibly keep up because they have hundreds of patients. That’s a bit concerning to hear from your pharmacist. Never had any of these issues ever with any pharmacy anywhere! There’s a serious lack of care and attention to detail at this pharmacy that’s alarming!"
"This is a review for the pharmacy staff specifically - Walgreens itself is fine, as expected. Went in for a covid booster shot and a flu shot (my insurance is through Kaiser, who ran out of the booster the day of my appointment so Walgreens ended up being the place I went). Originally it would have cost $185 for the covid shot and $70 for the flu shot out of pocket, though the staff were able to find coupons that greatly reduced the cost and made it more affordable, which was very much appreciated. (I think the person's name was Tyler(?) who helped with this - thank you). Dr. Samuel administered the shots and was very professional and efficient. They have some good staff at this pharmacy who seem like they actually want to help folks and are working hard to do so."
