"The worst pharmacy in town. This pharmacy will not answer the phone. To get any help you have to go stand in line for over 15 to 20 minutes. When you finally get to the front of the line your met with rude unpleasant staff members. Pharmacies are the last place that you should not receive compassion. I can only imagine how many customers cannot get around and they rely on that phone to be answered. Not to mention how many patients go without their medication because of how challenging this pharmacy is to deal with? Hopefully Safeway can address this problem and fix the issues since customers don’t always have a choice what pharmacy they can use."

"These people are overworked, underpaid, and perform a VERY difficult job. Please be patient with them and kind. They are always very polite and respectful of me and my pronouns. Tips: Call ahead to check that your doctor has sent in the prescription and that it can be picked up today. Ask for an estimated time it will be ready for pick up. Don't treat the pharmacist like they're responsible for your doctor or insurance company doing something wrong. The pharmacy is not the appropriate place to navigate any difficulties youre having with your doctor or insurance; the appropriate place to do that is over the phone and NOT holding up the line by taking out your frustrations on the pharmacy techs, as if they can magically re-write your doctor's incorrect prescription or magically fix your insurance policy."

"I always end up waiting longer than they say for my prescriptions (I’m talking DAYS not hours longer) and when I call to ask about this the pharmacists are always incredibly rude and impatient, they don’t even ask for my information they just say “an hour or two” and then I show up and the prescriptions haven’t even been confirmed to be refilled even though I always use the automated system to confirm them days in advance. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but something needs to change about this system so people can get their medicine on time! I’ll be changing pharmacies soon because I can’t handle the inconsistency and rudeness of these people. It seems like they don’t really care about what they’re doing at all honestly, low to zero effort to help customers unless you ask over and over again. Would not recommend to my worst enemy."

"This is a terribly operated pharmacy, and unfortunate because it's one of the few available in the area. Don't use them if you need medications in a timely manner - or at all - because they won't alert you if they can't fill your prescription, and won't do anything to help you get it filled anywhere else. Terrible customer service, communication, stock, and consistency."

"Horrible pharmacy! My doctor submitted my prescription over a week ago and I haven’t received a call that it’s ready or that status or anything. Yeah I get things can take time and maybe they’re understaffed or busy (I used to be a pharmacy technician), but I also called several times and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. I left a message too and no return call. Just insanely unprofessional and frustrating. Can’t believe this pharmacy is able to operate like this."
