"This pharmacy is poorly understaffed. I feel for the staff and what they have to put up with, but the time and effort to get medication here is insane. without fail, every time I request a refill, it will stay in the processing state for weeks unless I call (with a hold time of 30 mins- hour average) to have them boost it to the head of their queue. Picking up medication is another hassle, expect a 10+ person line on average"
"This pharmacy is a joke. Waited 4 days for them to fill a prescription I had sent in and when I finally decided to go in because I hadn't received a call (which I chalked up to it being my first time using them) it wasn't even filled. So I waited, and waited. 45 min later I finally got it. It's the slowest freaking pharmacy I've ever used. Literally go anywhere else if you value your time."
"They gave me no access to my Roxicodone or Percocet medication. I’m very disappointed, and I am very very very mad. I hate this Walgreens and I’m very inclined against this wall greens Walgreens has ruined my life and ruined my health and financial status. "This pharmacy is a hell scape. The people are rude as soon as you walk up and they have no sense of urgency. I went in three times to fill a prescription and it wasn’t until my third visit they even mentioned having an issue with my insurance. It is unsettling to be faced with unhelpful healthcare workers especially when you are picking up necessary medications."
"The entitled KARENS that this pharmacy has to put up with are just the worst. Yet the staff here get each one their life saving medication without fail. I wish those impatient man and women would appreciate their pharmacists."
