When filling our dog's meds, Birdie showed such care, and went above and beyond when assisting us. Truly exemplary customer service, which goes a long way some days. Thank you."

"I’m not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I recently switched to this pharmacy due to severe staffing shortages at Walgreens. Every single interaction has been efficient, friendly, professional and pro active in ensuring I was getting the best price. Plenty of staff so short or no wait. Always answer the phone and assist without putting on hold. I want to say thank you!! Sometimes we forget to leave reviews about the good stuff and only speak up when something goes imperfectly."

"Horrible pharmacy. We went this past weekend for Flu and Covid vaccines. The pharmacist giving the shots was an anti-vaxxer and discouraging folks from getting the vaccine. Sharing info that was not included in their documentation for Covid. When questioned we were given a bunch of “info” about what Europe is doing. I’ve reported this individual to our family Dr and hope it’s reported to regulators. Just awful to see vaccines being politicized by a pharmacist."

"Used to be quick and open till 9. Now only 6 and what would take a couple hours is now days from a year ago. Has become a frustration rather than a pleasure. 12/2/21. Waited all afternoon for a refill promised by 11am. Didn’t get out till after 4pm. Minimum ten people in line waiting. Total “S” show. Never heard so many people complain over the hours I waited. Update 6/28/02, hasn’t changed much. Prescription pickup times and date still don’t line up. Very frustrating. Fuel and time are important. Trying to line up a run to pickup prescriptions and incorporate other errands in the area are non possible with the inconsistency with Fred Meyer. 9/7/23 Service has improved and staff is towards the permanent side. Will see if it continues."

"I called ahead of time knowing this pharmacy can run out of stuff or take longer than expected. I called made sure my prescriptions were available that day and what time. They said come at 3:45 I can now I am told we are short staffed won’t be ready until 6pm. If I had known that when I called ahead previously I would have transferred my meds elsewhere. I get being short staffed but giving out incorrect information while I am super sick making me wait extra two hours in parking lot not okay. Seriously go elsewhere if you know what’s good for you. Almost every experience lately is bad with them."
