"This pharmacy either needs to close or hire more staff. Every single month they leave my prescriptions “in processing” for days. They do not fill prescriptions unless you show up in person and ask them to. I’m currently on my 6th day of waiting for meds and nothing is happening. Also nobody ever answers the phone here so don’t bother calling."

"Sorry about all the bad reviews, but it sounds like some are more about the higher ups and medical system, not hiring enough staff. The staff in pharmacy have been excellent to me and my family. Under appreciated and not treated very nice, I have seen customers yell, throw things, knock thing off shelves. Bad behavior ! From people not pharmacy staff. Thank you for all you do and put up with. I know you all are doing your best. and yes that is good enough! I am so glad a pharmacy is here in my neighborhood."

"My significant other signed up online for same day vaccines at this particular location. When we arrived, there was a wait at the check-in window of about seven minutes. Only to find out "there is a problem." Their website will let an appointment be created, but for now (for one reason or another), they are not actually able to provide the service, and that an email should have been sent canceling the appointment. No such email was received. [At least we were able to get fresh vegetables for dinner on the way home... .] We will try to schedule the same vaccines with a different provider that has a more accurate scheduling system. On the positive side,the retail area was clean and well stocked."

"I Wish there was a zero star rating. Never answers the phone. Terrible communication and poor customer service. The whole purpose of the pharmacy is to care for people and their medical needs and they failed. I wish this rating would actually improve customer service but they don’t care. They are a legal drug dealer that people don’t have a choice and they are the only supplier."

"My prescriptions were in process for a week before I gave up and went somewhere else. Tried calling multiple times and no one ever answered and could never leave a message. The one prescription they finally filled I had to wait in line 30 minutes to get. Pharmacist was nice but was the only person there. Management of this location is terrible. Would never recommend."
