KinderCare Learning Center at Kroger Fred Meyer

"I would avoid this location at all cost. They put incompetent management in charge. There has been a high turnover since new director was placed. I know not all centers are the same and it depends on management, but I didn't realize KinderCare had such a terrible reputation. Highly toxic work environment that cares more about company profits than children, families or teachers. They raise the tuition annually but never went to the teachers that directly handled children. These teachers had to pay out of pocket and never got raises nor assistance to buy the supplies required to teach the curriculum given to them. Just don’t. Stay away."

"I love this center! The teachers and staff care so much about the kids and they provide a loving and supportive center. My son always have a smile on his face and has a blast!"

"Bad experience, very negative about everything. Felt singled out because I was using erdc as payment. Also told them my son hasn’t been in daycare since covid and may need some time adjusting. They immediately began writing up every small thing he did for example if my son played with the light in the bathroom, was restless at the beginning of nap time or maybe touched another kids water bottle it was the end of the world on his daily report. Instead of redirecting him and using positive reinforcement they would make it seem like it was such a problem. I work full time and need child care to make a living not be stressed out about every little thing my son does, I thought adults were in charge."

"We’ve had at least one kiddo here for over 4.5 years. Wonderful, caring and kind staff. Both of my kids love it here, and I always felt that they were in good hands."

"We love this daycare. Any issues we’ve ever had have been addressed in a timely manner. They seem to really know our grandson’s individual likes and dislikes and make sure we’re on the same page with any behavior that needs attention. Our grandson loves going to daycare and has fostered some great friendships. Our family feels very lucky to have found such a warm and inviting place for our grandson to spend his days."
