Starbucks

"I had to wait 30 minutes for my mobile order. Several customers in the lobby and drive-through ordered after me and got their orders right away. When I asked about my order after waiting 20 minutes, they said “we’re completing the orders in order”. I still had to wait 10 more minutes after asking."

"They are so nice and polite. And fast..I always get my order right..I love this place.i stop by Starbucks every day. They all ready know my order before I order it.."

"A very under appreciated store that offers a great place to sit in an open-yet-cozy atmosphere. The coffee is well executed, but still just Starbucks, of course, and the workers were skilled, although not especially outgoing to new customers."

"Stopped here on our trip to Washington. Decided the drive thru was our best option. We go to Starbucks in Oregon often, so we were looking forward to sipping on something good on the road. Got our drinks, but when I asked for a receipt, she begrudgingly made us wait, then thrust the receipt out the window. Not wanting it to spoil our trip, we headed out. Miles down the road, we tasted our drinks. . . . Wow! No better than hot water with a little flavoring. Both drinks were completely inedible. With all the people in the building and in the drive thru, I can only hope this is not their standard. Sadly, being on the road, we were too far to turn around. Can only say it was a terrible experience."

"Well this is a very busy Starbucks however that isn't a good reason for them to get your order wrong twice through the drive up.. just went ahead and left after the second time.."
