"Harrisburg is openly flying their middle finger at Oregon mask mandates. We have been going there during the pandemic. Now they have decided to make a statement. I pulled up and saw every customer going in without masks and clearly knowing that it was OK. Of the two employees in the store one didn’t have a mask at all and one had it pulled down to her chin. As I sat in the parking lot waiting for the unmasked people to leave, they just kept coming in without masks. When the store was empty except for employees I went in. Because I was wearing a mask the unmasked employee went to the back and the employee with the mask underneath her chin pulled it only over her mouth not her nose. Criminal behavior. What is wrong with these people?"
