"Visited Hyland Estates today for the first and last time! No one was tasting there at all and the hostess refused to take our party of eight and would not let us split up into two parties of four. Obviously didn't want to work!"

"We started our tasting off nicely with a new young man. He was funny and laughed at our dry humor. We were definitely enjoying our time and ambiance. It was our first time to this tasting room. Out of nowhere a woman (owner/manager maybe) comes in with a very unpleasant attitude. She took over our tasting but didnt know what she was serving. She told me it wasnt on the flight menu but it was in the regular menu. I asked for a description of the wine because it wasn't anywhere in the menu at all. She replied with the cost of the bottle with no description. She was not a nice person. She said she just came back from lunch, but she had a horrible attitude. My partner asked if they had an email list she replied with the sales pitch to join the wine club With no other option, but when we were paying she asked if we wanted our receipt emailed to us. I then asked again about an email list. She rolled her eyes and told me. If you give your email then you'll be on our list. I swear I have NEVER had the rudest service from someone in my whole life! Everyone else there was so nice (especially that young new man) but she was unpleasant to say the least!"
