"Robbed me of a meal. Paid for 5 meals came home to find out there were only 4 meals in the bag. They printed two labels and put them both on one meal. So irritating! Check your bags before you leave. This was at approximately 6:30 pm on Thursday 2/29/24. So you know who was on that shift."

"Do not try using online ordering! Online ordering is pointless here. You would think you could order, walk in, pick up your food at the time they say and go. You would be completley wrong. My food was supposed to be done at 5:55pm, I got there at 5:50, told them the online order name and started to wait. At around 6pm another person asked what the online order name was... I told them and they put a ticket on the line, so the first person did absolutely nothing. Around 6:10 a third person asked me the name, and FINALLY they took the ticket off and started on it (already 15min after it was supposed to be done). At 6:20 they told me "four more minutes." I finally got my food at 6:25, a full 30min after the online order said it would be done (and a full 45min after I placed the order.) This is absolutely absurd, people who came in with me had already finished eating before they even finished making my order. If I hadn't already paid for the order and had my wife and kid waiting for food I would have left already."

"Fast service and attention detail are great here. All employees are helpful and quick... Sometimes the drive line is long but the team gets the orders out ASAP. If you love American chinese food and fast food I recommend this place."

"Today, when I arrived in Pasco, it was the last day before we returned to Canada. I Googled for lunch options but couldn't find a restaurant that appealed to me. Eventually, I decided to go to the Chinese chain restaurant, Panda Express. I had never considered trying Chinese fast food before. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I found it to be spacious and well-lit with plenty of seating. The menu options looked good, and when I checked the prices, I was pleasantly surprised. Two main dishes and one side dish only cost $9.80, making it the cheapest restaurant I've been to on this trip. What I liked most was that I could choose a serving of brown rice and half vegetables as the side dish. Behind the counter, I could see a chef continuously cooking, and when he noticed me taking a photo of him, he waved and smiled at me. I originally planned to get takeout, but since there were plenty of seats, I decided to dine in. The vegetables were fresh and not overcooked, the chicken stir-fry was flavorful, and the beans were crisp. The chicken breast was tender and well-seasoned,The only improvement I could suggest is to make the skin crispier. However, considering the price I paid and the quality of the food, I felt it was a great value."
