"They had a bag of chips marked on the bag $ 1.49 and they tried to charge me $ 2.18. That is a $ .69 cent mark up. They argued with me almost to the point of my leaving without making the purchase. Not to mention I go to this store regularly! He kept saying he had to charge whatever the register rang up! Finally he sold it to me at the price on the bag. Implied this is a once only correction due to their policy! If this happens to me again, I will never shop there again !!!!!! Pass this on to the store please."

"Graveyard shift employee is beyond Rude. From the minute I walked in the building I felt bad energy. When I went to pay he did not greet me but rather grunted that he had to help me. When I was short change I went to use give change get change (or so I thought it was that) and the clerk looks at me while picking up change tray and throwing it down saying “you can’t use that”. I then realized it was a donation tray and began to apologize but the clerk said something derogatory as well as “forget it man” throwing his arms up and proceeded to walk away from helping me. I tried to explain it was a simple mistake but he wouldn’t come back from the back to finish my transaction. I just stood there dumbfounded. I then began to yell back to him that his customer service lacked any decency and left a $5 on counter for the $1.69 coffee and left while yelling to the back that he can give my change to the donation tray. I will never give that 711 my business again. Horrible experience and for what a simple mistake…..come on man get a new job if you hate your current one soo bad!"

"Extremely rude (for absolutely no reason) night shift worker. Same dude all the other bad reviews are about. Seen him at multiple locations and every single time he has been awfully rude and bitter. This stores rating is terrible would be better if staff was friendlier. I will for sure be avoiding the place when he's working for now on."
