Milwaukie Cafe and Bottle Shop is a cozy and inviting institution located in Milwaukie, Oregon. We offer a unique combination of a cafe, food, liquor store, and store all in one convenient location. Our specialty lies in our delicious buttermilk biscuits, baked fresh daily and served with a variety of mouth-watering toppings such as sausage, egg, cheddar, pork and pickle, or house-made jam.
In addition to our signature biscuits, we also offer a selection of sourdough sandwiches with options for vegetarians, including our house-made smoked tempeh. Our polenta bowls made with Bob's Red Mill Polenta are gluten-free and come with a range of toppings such as brisket, collard greens, seasonal vegetables, and more.
For meat lovers, our sous vide brisket is slow-cooked for 48 hours for maximum tenderness and can be enjoyed in various dishes like polenta bowls, sandwiches, or biscuits with our White-BBQ sauce. "The coffee was very good and the food was good. The staff was very friendly. It was an inviting and open space. The prices however are obscenely high. I work at the hospital and I will often consider going but then I remember the cost and go elsewhere. It is very unfortunate. If cost isn't an issue then I recommend but beware it's mid level brunch restaurant prices for cafe food. I'm not putting the place down it's just a drawback for me personally."

"The Milwaukie Cristo is basically a Monte Cristo on monkey bread and is one of my favorite indulgences. If they run out of monkey bread, my next go-to is a pork and pickle biscuit. The food and coffee are so good, and if you dine in, the ambience is nice and mellow. The staff are great, too. I love this place and hope they stick around for a long time."
