"This place needs to value there employees way more. No wonder they're employee turn over is so high....no bonuses, no holiday bonus/perks, they don't even have employee parties anymore. Sad how much this place has taken a dive in the last 3. They make VERY good money so there's no reason for the lack of employee appreciation. It used to be a good place to work, now it's a place I encourage employees to find better treating employers. They still do have some very capable people working here."

A lead person by the name of Mark, (who I’d been assigned to on numerous occasions,) has the most potential of anyone I’ve ever met of being a nice person. Mark the GM, seem to be a wonderful person with a great and cheery personality. Tod seemed to be the same. As an employer I rate them as a 2. on the business aspect I would rate SWP as a 4."
