"Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I came into their store over a month ago to have the glass replaced on my wood stove door and the woman who worked behind the desk (don't know who she is) was very dismissive and acting like they didn't want my business. I was told the glass would be ordered and be in a week, and they would call .e once it's in. Over a month later, no call. I called them to inquire and they had no record of me coming in or the glass I ordered. Save your time and money and find a different business, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESEE PEOPLE!"

"Just can not say enough on how great my experience with this company has been. I wrote a length review but Google did not save it. Professional prompt clean and very considerate! I asked about estimates and the owner came out and gave me one quick easy. They are very nice all of the company. Knowledgeable and helpful. I broke the glass on my stove before Christmas and my heat pump was out the girl in the office went above and beyond to help me find a new piece of glass in town that day! Both times they have been out I have been super impressed! ❤"

"VERY UNRELIABLE & POOR QUALITY !! Find another company!! They wasted a lot of my family’s time. I called many times and the phone would get passed around between staff. We left messages and they were not returned. I scheduled a day for a estimate - they did not show. When that was done finally it took numerous attempts to get scheduled for a service. I called the day before to confirm that they would be coming and they had no idea what I was talking about. When the service was done we saw they had put up a dented piping !!! Unacceptable- I would NEVER in my life recommend this business. In a small coastal town it is beyond me that they are still in business."

"Called 4 days in advance to have a part made for woodstove. Came in to pickup and they had done nothing. Wanted high heat caulking and they didn't carry, not sure what they do but selling products doesn't seem to be a high priority. In response to owner, they said they could make the part! not sure why now there incompetents is the customers fault but typical to blame others for your mistake. Go to coastal farm and ranch! Better prices and actual service!"
