I didn't get his name but we appreciate him enormously."

John S was our plumber this time, he did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen faucet with our new Moen fixture, a new drain set up in one of our bathrooms, plus replacing an outdoor hose bib for us. John S was polite, worked very quickly, and left a clean jobsite. We had not asked for the bathroom drain fix when requesting the appointment, but he said he could fix it quickly and had the parts on the truck with him!
