"The standard sized bottles are pretty pricey, but for I think $8 apiece you can buy small bottles of any of their oils or vinegars that are honestly the perfect size for if you don't want to commit to a huge bottle you may not use before it goes bad. And you can bring the small bottles back over and over to be refilled with anything you want (as long as you clean it ofc)! I did think that it was super classy that they have a heat gun and cellophane shrink wrap to seal the small bottles each time you refill them, that's really smart."

"Been here twice. The first time the cashier (white woman) was following me around but thought I was imagining it. I went here today and both cashiers (both white) were following me around as well. Guess if you’re a person of color you should expect to be followed. Safe to say I’m never coming back to this store. Shame cause I like their products. Edit: I attempted to call but was sent to voicemail right away since no one is at the office. I left a voicemail and hopefully get a call back to clear this up."

"Went into the store yesterday with my lady to find a gift for my future mother in-law. Oliva at the counter was extremely helpful and really considerate. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. She showed my lady and I around explaining things and what could potentially be a great gift. While looking for a gift, she offered me a sample of some of the things I was looking at. (I'm a sucker for anything hot and spicy). Based off the knowledge of the samples I wanted to try, she curated specific samples that I would also like. All and all she was a really hard worker. She was attending to my lady and I while attending with customers walking in. Thank you for such a great experience"
