"Worst employees ever. They obviously don’t want to do their job. They ask you short questions to figure out what you want so they can get you out of the store so they can go back to playing on their phone. Watch out because they’ll write down personal information off of your ID and keep it in their records saying they “legally have to” even though they apparently don’t know anything about the law. After I told the employee I didn’t want him to write down any information off of my ID when presenting it, he temporarily lost my ID, then he threw a child like tantrum and threatened to call the police on me. Numerous times the employee said “I’ll go roll the camera back” and when asked to do so refused because he was incorrect or blatantly lying. If you want to buy tobacco products with no ID, this is the place to go because they won’t check unless you use a credit card to pay. Good luck running a business with employees like that."

"Went in to purchase butane and due to my disability I am wearing a KN95 mask and was told that I could not purchase anything even when I provided my ID because I would not remove my mask. This is ADA non compliance. This is medical discrimination and I am furious. I have purchased items there masked numerous times with no problems til today. "This store is selling counterfeit disposable vapes (specifically flume float). Decided to try this store since I was visiting from out of town a couple of months ago and got my first ever defective vape. I thought “no biggie, I’ve heard of this happening.” Got a new one when I got back into my town. Again, my vape died while I was down here so I decided to buy another one. I always get the same flavor but this one tasted funky. Then I noticed the Font difference from my last vape compared to this one. The fake is noticeably lighter and has terrible air flow. The owner is probably aware which is why they don’t have a return or exchange policy. DO NOT BUY HERE. Picture for reference (left real, right fake)."
