"I enjoyed my shopping experience. I was able to find most of my favorites, but this store could use more of a variety of the things found at most Natural Grocers. Very small selection of Kombucha, bulk nuts, chips, baby/ toddler food, juice. The drink fill could have been fuller, and the shelves could have looked fuller. They either need to make bigger orders or I came in on a busy day, and they're waiting on a truck due to the weather? I was happy to see the produce looking fresh and abundant. I would have liked to have felt more comfortable... not one worker greeted me or asked me if I was finding everything okay. You would expect that at any Natural Grocers, which is why they strive for "world class customer service," but it could also be a sign of bad management and overworked employees. I understand it is highly encouraged to help customers in any department, but I noticed the same employees stocking multiple departments by themselves. May be management's way of saving money & cutting corners by not hiring more people and putting pressure on the few employees they currently have? At least I didn't notice micro managing, I hate when that happens. It was nice to strike up a little convo with the cashier, who was very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. There were three other customers in line behind me, yet he didn't call for backup to check, and the others didn't take the initiative to get on register even two hours before closing. I will still be coming back for more shopping. I'm looking forward to more opportunities for positive experiences at this location."

"Best day in day out prices on fresh Organic food and supplements. Natural grocers prices are almost always better than Whole foods and New Seasons on its day in day out. Been shopping at this location for 8 years. Excellent selection of supplements, protein powders and homeopathic items. Super Supplements before they were bought out Vitamin Shoppe -they then closed the store on Sunnyside. But all around great prices for produce, healthy snacks, lots of Vegan and glutten free items. As well as free range, grass fed beef, chicken, turkey, eggs, milk, cheese."
