"Bought Smithsonian slate vinyl tile. Impossible to install as pieces rarely locked into place. It's taken me 4 days and I still haven't finished a 180 sq foot room. I WOULD NOT buy vinyl tile from these people. Please believe the negative reviews regarding installation. It has been a real waste of time and money."

"Poor quality and poorer service. It’s been one mistake after another. Initially small mistakes that delayed the start. Then the project was completed in august and immediately there were cracks in the flooring and the new treads don’t match the newly installed floor even they told me it would. I ordered the same color at the same time so it should be an exact match. They agreed what was installed was a mistake and that it would be resolved immediately but now several months later and they are still “working on it” with no updates."

"We were rebuilding our bathroom after a pipe break. On my first visit, Trenton patiently answered my many questions and sent me home with samples. Throughout purchase and installation, Chase went above and beyond for us. Just as one example, months after installation I got oil-based paint on the flooring, and didn't notice until it had dried. I still remember Chase saying, "You did WHAT?" (I was spraying paint in the next room and didn't realize there was a hole in the wall.) The white paint droplets on the dark floor definitely stood out. Chase called a friend with specialized experience and the friend's solution WORKED. (Leave rubbing alcohol on the droplets for awhile, to soften them. Then wash them off with vinegar-and-water.) Now no paint is visible; water beads up slightly differently in that corner, but I'm the only one who even knows to look. In summary: great products, great customer service. LL, thank you."

"We've shopped at the 122nd/Glisan st. store in past years and we're very happy with them. We came back for our next big project after looking at other stores options. I just don't think you can beat LL Liquidators. We are removing carpet, vinyl and tile. Next we are install hardwood flooring in our house. Henry. Kennedy. Trey and Chase were extremely professional, helpful, without a high pressure sales they were also very informative on each product that we considered. Without their assistance, I would have been lost in the woods for a long time."
