"On June 24th, 2023, I brought a pair of Doc Martens into their shop to be resoled with a couple important modifications. 1. Most importantly I didn't want a heel. I wanted it to be flat. Zero drop. 2. I wanted a very durable sole. After agreeing on a reasonable price for the work, I was told that it would be about 2 weeks and I would receive an email when the work was done. 2 weeks pass and I haven't received an email so I call for a status update. They haven't started and I was recommended to check back in a week. The next week comes and goes. No email, so I call. Again they haven't started it yet but assure me that they'll work on it in the beginning of the week. It goes like this for several weeks. Finally I receive the email that says the work is done. I head into the store and work is unacceptable. While they did use that flat sole on the boots as I requested, they elevated the heel which defeats the purpose. In conclusion, I waited 45 days when I was told it would 14 days, to receive boots that shouldn't have heels but do. I am sure if you want basic work they will do a decent job, but if you need something custom done look somewhere else."

"Brought in my boots to be re-soled after years of use, and now they look brand new! It took a little longer than estimated (almost a month), but it was well worth the wait. The new soles look and feel great, and they even took the time to polish and clean them! Great place!"

"I just picked up my Redwing Iron Rangers after getting a complete resole and some eyelets replaced. These boots were beat when I took them to this shop for my first time. The employees here are awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They had my boots finished in a little over a week, and they look AMAZING! The cost for repairs was VERY reasonable. This team did exceptional work, and will now be the only place I go to have my other boots repaired."
