"Walked in for passport photos this evening. Photo center team member was super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She provided world class customer service and efficiently expedited the passport photo service. Then, the team member at the checkout counter was super friendly and also offered fantastic customer service with efficient checkout. This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had in a store. Many thanks!"
"They absolute worst pharmacy in the area. I literally dread having to pick up anything here. They are rude and extremely slow. It’s been this way for as long as I could remember, even before Covid. I don’t use this pharmacy anymore. There is another store down the street that literally has my scripts done within 10-15 mins every time."
"There are 20+ people in line for med pick up consistently. They need help asap. Then they partial fill cause their short and I have to come back tomorrow again to wait in line another hour. Do better Walgreens I can't spend my life in line and your the only 24 hour within a 30 mile radius and drive through closed."
"I would not advise getting your prescriptions filled here unless you’re going to have them delivered. It didn’t cost me anything to have my prescriptions delivered to my front door and I got them in one day. The wait time is insane. I took my lunch hour to come and pick up my prescriptions last week, three days out of the week, and there was a line every time. The line that caused me to have to just leave instead. I figured I would try on the weekend on so I stop by Saturday around noon and the drive-through was closed. There were seven people in line inside and one person working. My dogs were in the car so I said OK I’ll try coming back tomorrow, Sunday. So I Arrive and the drive-through is closed again. It’s 1 PM. I sit in line until 122 and only one person advanced in that time. They were 10 people in line. This pharmacy is horribly mismanaged right now. The pharmacy techs are so over worked that I once took in a printed RX, the tech looked at the prescription, looked at me, and then asked me if I was filling “for him”. She had read the doctors name across the top, with his credentials and his office name and address and STILL thought the RX was FOR my doctor. I had to point out that I am the patient (name was clearly visible below) and the name that she was referring to is the name of prescribing provider. At first I thought maybe she was on something then I realized she was probably just very tired. Still, this is not safe for patients. I’m not sure what the deal is here but the drive-through is definitely experiencing some huge delays. Walgreens can afford to do better."
"I literally never write reviews but this experience was absolutely terrible I couldn't not say anything. I made a covid PCR test appointment online. It said that I qualified for free testing at THIS location. When I first arrived I asked if I was in the right spot for my appointment the girl at the pharmacy with the glasses tried to ignore me then rushed away saying "I don't know" in a very rude tone. Not sure if they are overworked or just don't care. Maybe both? I arrived at the appointment 5 minutes early just to wait in line to be seen for an entire hour later. By the time I was seen they told me it was going to cost me $128! I told them online it said I could receive the test at no cost. They told me that the store no longer does that even though the website told me it does and specifically brought me to this location. I wasted over an hour of my time, drove to a location nowhere near me, dealt with rude workers, potentially exposed multiple people to covid, and didn't even receive care because I couldn't afford the $128. This all could have been avoided if the website had updated their policy. I just went back to check again and it's still advertising no cost covid testing to those that qualify. The cherry on top of this terrible experience was the pharmacy attendants were not helpful at all and acted like they did not believe me that the site told me of the free test. They did not apologize for the wait or misinformation from the site and acted dumb when I was showing them on my phone."
