"Herman is one of the nicest Gentlemen I have ever met. Very personable, very smart, very honest & an expert at what he does. I brought my bestie in to get her very old watchband replaced. Not only did Herman explain to us why her watchband couldn't be removed & replaced, he explained the entire make up of the watch & band. Herman is very educated in what he does. Anyhow, we asked Herman if he could fix the latch instead. Herman fixed the latch, we all 3 visited about family, heritage, world events, local fires & we learned that when my Son was a toddler, he used to call my Bestie "Nina" which Herman taught us, that in Spain "Nina" means Godmother! My bestie has always been a Godmother figure in my Son's life & finding out that fact was very cool, because there's no way my Son as a Toddler would have ever known that. The whole visit was super fun & Herman is 4ever endeared to us. We will tell everyone about his expertise & we will only go here to get our watches & jewelry repaired. ♡"

"I had a older watch my mother had given me that had been at the back of a drawer for years. The proprietor was able to change the power cell and determine it was in good working order. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the shop was comfortable while I waited for the work to be done. I especially liked the framed watch art on the walls. I feel very comfortable going here for all my future watch needs."
