"My main complaint is that this store is not ADA complaint! You have to walk to the back of the store and stand in. There is no accommodation for the handicapped, no electric scooter, no wheelchair to sit in while waiting in line. If you sit in the chairs available customers will crowd in front of you. Not a user friendly facility! David is the only reason we have stayed around this long!"

"I always hated going into pharmacies my whole life because of lines and rude pharmacists- out of my 29 years on this earth this is the best pharmacy I been too. One time there was a line and it moved quick like I was in line at the gas station. All the pharmacists AND the doctor consultant lady stay smiling everything I come and are always positive minded. Great people."

"The Pharmacy Manager that works at this rite aid is probably the most ill mannered man I’ve ever encountered. Him being the “face” of this pharmacy is just an absolute pity. I usually don’t need medication and my encounter with this man was over a prescription for a DOG. Who has had prescriptions filled there before. What bothers me most about this little tiff between us is when I dropped the prescription off early in the day, the pharmacist said he could have it filled in 30 minutes. I told him no big deal, I’ll pick it up later. Ill mannered pharmacist wouldn’t take good RX coupon, which I said fine. I’ll pay the $97.00 because I didn’t care about the cost and overall just wanted the medicine for my dog. He then told me he needed the doctor who wrote the prescription’s NPI number. I, Luckily had access to talk to the prescribing Doctor who had to call the pharmacist and talk to him. He then gave me back my hand written prescription, did not give me the medication I was willing to pay for and absolutely NONE of it made since on why this transaction couldn’t have happened in the first place. Originally, I was about to pay the $97.00 and leave with the prescription. Then I asked about a coupon and suddenly I can’t have it? Then the doctor calls him and I’m handed back my prescription that he wasn’t going to give me in the first place! The girl at check out apologized for his poor behavior. He was dismissive and rude. I asked her if there was someone in charge of him or if he was it. Unfortunately, he is the Pharmacy Manager. I’m not sad about this, I’m annoyed that people like this have jobs. I’m annoyed that someone like this is suppose to be helping people but instead is in a Managerial position tripping on his power trip. Solid choice of employees."

"I have been using the pharmacy for years. The last few years, no one ever answers the phone. When you cant walk or drive due to fractured leg, it makes it harder to know if my script is ready. Please be mindful of disabled people who rely on those calls to make sure they are ready. Just answer the phone!!!"
