"I came here looking for something I can't remember the name of it right now but I know i couldn't find it so I bought some earrings love the earrings but I misplaced them if you're trying to find something you're interested in that'll most likely have it just if you're under 18 don't go into the back of the store"

"Very bad experience. Went in the first time for a lava lamp. Got it home and didn’t work. Took it back for a refund and they don’t do cash refunds. Then tried to sell me replacement light bulbs as if it was my fault they didn’t work. So I exchanged the lava lamp for a new one. Same thing. Took it home and didn’t work. Employee said it’s common. But nothing is being done about it!?!? I bought it expecting it to work, not to be buying replacement parts the same day. Do not recommend."
"I had a very bad experience here. The staff was very unprofessional. The sales clerk barely had any clothes on. Certainly not what you would expect an employee to be wearing to a job. I don't think I will be back to this store."
"Shopping at Spencer's is always fun, you'll never know what you'll find, alot of funny gifts here. On my recent visit, I couldn't find a employee to ring me up, not sure if they we're in the back or on break, so I had to come back later after doing some shopping to make my purchase."
