"My mom and I both got $62 gel pedicures only for her pinky toe polish to peel off by THE NEXT DAY! I also had acrylic nails done and my mom had a regular polish manicure and they started her manicure before mine. You’d think you’d start the service that takes over an hour before you start a 20 minute service. My poor mom was stuck waiting for me for like 45 minutes. The technician who did my acrylic nails was talking on the phone the entire to their bank and was generally unfriendly. I paid $70 with tip for a full acrylic set that is crooked and they left nail polish all over my skin. This place is grossly overpriced for their horrendous customer service. Will never come back."

"I got some nails done here a while ago. I asked for gel builder and they did acrylic. I got them removed today and asked the guy to keep as much length as possible. The red circled nail was the shortest natural nail. I told him, keep that one short, keep the REST LONG. I confirmed with him that he understood this three times. Then, he went ahead and cut those nails even shorter than what the shortest nail was supposed to be. So, if you want people to do the exact opposite of what you ask, this is your place. The acrylic nails were lumpy and didn't have a good apex, so they kept breaking and damaging my natural nails. Absolutely ridiculous. Go anywhere else if you actually care about your nails and have a specific design in mind."

"Lily is THE BEST & if she isn't available Vivian is just as awesome! Professional, clean, and my nails ALWAYS LOOK AMAZING!! you DEFINITELY want to make an appointment (they do walk-ins, but they are a VERY BUSY PLACE) but if you don't mind to wait, and have a glass of wine, or play with the Coi fish pond- then they will see you!!! But I won't go anywhere else!!!"

"I saw Joanna today. I made sure to schedule for a removal of my old set, because they were really old. She did the soak off removal and it was absolutely painless. I’ve had other salons just pry them off, so this was amazing to see! She then put on a whole new set for me. I had no idea what I wanted and just showed her some styles I liked. I told her do whatever you want! She knocked it out of the park!! I love my nails so much. This is the second time I’ve worked with her and she is a pleasure to talk with and watch her amazing work! Thank you Joanna!! Can’t wait to see you again! ❤️"

"Got in last minute on a Saturday. This was my first time here and it is one of the nicest places in the area that I have been. The interior was clean, calm, inviting, and elegant. My nail tech was Kyle and he is so pleasant and skilled. He did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and did a great job. I will definitely be back!!"
